Horrible Experience! After a 26hr drive from Manali due to the floods we arrived in Chandigarh and decided to stay at KC Residency. The location was nice and the rooms were decent in included breakfast that was below average. At the time of check-in we mentioned the reception that we will checkout at 12pm that the usual time but will need some locker space for our luggage for at least 1hr as our flights had delayed to which he agreed at the time of check in. But during check out the manager on the floor saw the luggage and refused to have it kept at the hotel and didnt even allow is to sit in lobby area. He was EXTREAMLY RUDE, like his work was done so he wanted to simply throw us out. When we asked his name he refused to tell us his name also. I am a travel agent my self and a well traveled one but this is the first time I had an experience with such a rude staff. The hotel really needs to recheck on their staff behavior or else business is definitely going to go down if they keep having such arrogant floor managers. I did take his picture, but i do not want to publicly humiliate him!

Stayed here to spend the night and catch an early morning flight. Hotel and rooms are worth the money, the front desk staff welcomed me with warmth. The proximity to airport is a huge advantage and the primary reason for choosing this hotel. The only issue I have is with their restaurant's seating policy. I walked into their almost empty restaurant for a quick bite and requested the attender (Mr. Vijay) for a lounger seat which was empty at the time. He denied even without hearing my reason (3 day trek). I also informed Him that I can move if he has multiple guests walk in but in vain. In a nutshell, a hotel with good rooms with a sad restaurant

Price is not real according to the accommodation. It should be high. Overall everything is fabulous. Starting with the atmosphere and culture among the staffs. Then it's presence of soothing smell keeps mind boggling. Foods are best but must try each and every things ,so, eat less. Stay for 2-3 days to know the beauty of everything this place have.
