I wonder how they are rated as 4 star business and leisure hotel. No wifi service the whole day. They informed as full shutdown of service but didn’t seem to be solved till our checkout . food was average .only advantage was it is placed in the heart of the city and it’s accessible to all required main points Washroom was not up to mark. Overall an average stay !

When we asked the front staff for a room for few hours of business meeting. He said can't give for few hours, go outside and there are other hotel for Rs1000. When we confronted his reaction and paid for full night rate for few hours. Don't know how this hotel got 4 star. Its ridiculous. Not worth for your money.

Stayed at the Blue Nile hotel in Kannur and the location is right in the heart of the town with the railway station close to the hotel around 1km away. Al the hotel is just 2.5km away from bus station and the hotel will arrange a taxi at a very affordable price. The rooms are very clean and well maintained but the size was small also its good enough for 1 or two days stay. The restaurant at the hotel serves good food. The staff both at the front office and also the house keeping were all very helpful. Overall it was a good experience!

Very much pathetic service . In all aspects . As per hospitality industry u expect minimum trained staff, here u get third rate staff no courtesy , no coordination. Plus having membership card that also denied. Which shows clear case of fraud marketing

It’s at best a 2 star hotel and the service there is probably not even 1 star. Extremely Poor service and bad room maintenance Was denied car parking. No one to help with luggage too. However morning buffet was ok.
