Did not like it at all. Paid 2100Rs/night for a filthy, old room. Only plus point is it is situated in the heart of Kolkata. Nothing else.

This is the worst experience I had after visiting Corona pandemic. Earlier the rooms were clean and good.
This time I found the following dissatisfactions:
1. As booked and paid by Online, no room service nor any minimum courtesy were shown.
2. Bathroom tiles become dirty and stain all over.
3. The basin is 16"-8": so there is no way you can wash your face or do your shaving or anything except spitting.
4. You have to float your feet while using high commode as it's high/non standard and have to hold the back cover by your back (as it's never stands still).
5. Bed sheet and pillow cover were dirty and old.
6. Room and corridor become wet/humid.
Anyway stayed there 2days as there were no other options left (full payment done and no other accommodation were available near by).

Dirtiest hotel in kolkata! It's just a trash can! Washroom is too horrible just and darty like speechless. Price is too high compared to the service. Poor ambience and not tourists friendly hotel.
Btw 2 positive things AC is good enough and lift is Okey!

Not recommending at all. Very poor room with higher rent. Not priceworthy. We took the most premium room and got a room full.of mink cockroaches, damp wall, broken door knob, damaged furniture & bathroom fittings. Didn't provide a single bottle of water, room slipper.
Finally we asked for a 1 hour late check-out and they declined it very rudely. Worst hotel experience in my life.
