Negative side Bed was dirty and ac isn't working and if u book through online platform go u will get worst service but if u book directly i think u might get treated well, In case if ur booking in oyo u will come exactly at that time of 12pm in case if u come early u will get frustrated by the harsh behavior of the receptionist (in my case i booked in online and when i came by 11pm i didn't get the proper response and they showed an harsh behavior and he said to go out and come by check in time 12pm)

First Thing First Oyo Hotels in Bangalore have this issue of manipulation. They think people are fools who book from Oyo. I booked my hotel beforehand from OYO I reached and they said my room is not ready it is occupied and not cleaned. They also said they dont get the money from OYO for bookings. As Northies specially you'll feel communication issue and existence crisis. The room was clean just in the eyes the bed was itchy. The AC was fine,Fans not working. Tv and Dth not working. Services not satisfactory. Door locks were also condemnable as it might scare you that some one might break in. It was not worthy experience living here. Never book this hotel if you go to nearby here in Bangalore. I wish I clicked some pictures to show you more.

This is a very bad hotel. They will not keep room even after booking in Oyo ( paid online). They will say that their Oyo app isn't working. And they cant do anything. But when I check with Oyo customer care got to know that they are lying about the app not working. The owner doesn't respond well. Doesn't take any interest on the customers needs. They don't pick up call how many times ever you call. The owner purposely stand outside and doesn't pick on the call. Please don't book this hotel on Oyo or anywhere. They don't have online customers. They only care about customers they get offline/ directly.

Worst experience ever. Booked via Oyo. Asked extra payment room with attached bathroom. Never book hotel online. Please don't book this hotel also. Oyo is transforming to fraud. Never received cashback. This is my third experience. I fell third time only because I had good experience from this brand earlier. But now, its pure scam. Please don't fall for these kind of things. There are many other hotels which is provided far more better service than OYO. Even they seems bit costlier than OYO, they are trustworthy and very safe.
