Amazing place to workout. Staff there is awesome. Very motivating and helpful. Fully equipped gym. Very easy to find. They have parking area right outside the gym. It’s on the main road. Very convenient for everyone. Perfect place to workout. Gym is divided in 2 floors ground floor is where you have all the machines and free weights and changing rooms for males and females and the reception is right side as you enter the place. Cardio section is up stares. It’s compact place but have managed to occupy lots of training gear. At the peaks time it can occupy close to 40 people at a time. So not bad I say. Trainers are certified and they train well. If you’re reading this then I want to say thank you ? for your lovely time. Incase you guys happen to bump into me in this place then do come over and say hi ? to me. Cheers guys enjoy your workout here.

Good trainers, good equipment and ambience/environment. All at a very reasonable rate. Much better than the other gyms in the area.

Timings:
Saturday: 6am to 11:30pm
Sunday: (Christmas Day), 6am to 11:30pm, Hours might differ
Monday: 6am to 11:30pm
Tuesday: 6am to 11:30pm
Wednesday: 6am to 11:30pm
