One of the best stays we have experienced in past few years. The resort is away from busy city areas - so calm, peaceful. A wonderful drive through Coffee/Tea estates to the resort. The stay was very pleasant. The staff are very courteous, patient and willing to accommodate every request. The food (veg) was excellent - prepared in the kitchen and served hot!! The best thing about the resort was option of large room to accommodate 5-6 of family/friends instead of 2 rooms!! I definitely missed the camp fire - realized next morning the area and arrangement was too good Alas, i could only stay for 1 day/night! This needs atleast 2-3 days stay to fully enjoy your stay!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone searching of calm places They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early as We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely go again We had a wonderful experience at the Hanging Huts, Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to helps! They cared like a family, kudos to the staffs there...loved the stay 100%

Hanging Huts is a quaint cottage-resort set on tea plantations in a secluded (yet approachable) area of Kotagiri. They took care of us for a week and we were absolutely thrilled with their service. The views are brilliant and the staff is very supportive. The meals were also homely. We had a week-long stay with Hanging Huts and we would totally go there again.? Only one suggestion is to place exhaust fans in the washrooms. ? Thank you, Hanging Huts!

Very good good rooms and staffs are also very helpful and friendly. I went there with my family of 4 adults and 4 children. Room was spacious and the balcony had excellent view of the tea plantations and we could see bisons every now and then. Food was also good. There is nothing much to do inside the property. They had a small childrens park which had a see saw, a slide and two swings. I would recommend this property if you just wanna have some quiet time and peaceful stay Im very happy with the staffs overs there and keep that service up.
