Hakuna Matata This pet-friendly cafe is a great place to chill out with your friends and your fur babies. The ambience is pretty. You can hang out with your friends while you sip on your favourite drinks and nibble on some quick bites and other dishes. Just a suggestion to the team to work on their management and customer satisfaction. They have a wide range of dishes on their menu. The mocktails we tried Kiwi-based and Blue Hawai were refreshing. Caramel Custard is a nice option to try here. Have a great time you guys. Enjoy!

Excellent place to hangout with friends as well as family. The service is very prompt and food is delicious. All the crowd is decent. There is enough place for dining so almost zero waiting time. They serve alcohol as well.

The ambience is good, open and even being a small place it's not that clamped up. The food is really good but the service is very slow. Take your patience with you when you are ordering as it may disappoint you if you turn up there hungry. Rest its good for drinks and food for a small group but skip this if you are more than 5 people and looking for a huge restaurant.

Even menu has wrong green signs for eggitarian/non-vegetarian food items. It was raining and I got stuck in deccan area post work so thought of munching on a little snack and headed to Hakuna Matata to avoid getting completely drenched. Cleaning was in progress. My table was not stable. Ordered Pina Colada which was fine not considering the quantity. But onion rings turned out to be potato rings..there was no hint of onions whatsoever.. I was informed after making payment that they don't make it in-house and get it from outside. Bummer!! So they got it from somewhere where they cannot differentiate between potato rings and onions rings? Waste of money, even with GIRF. Ethically, they shouldn't have charged me for weird potato rings, even though I had paid already, they should have refunded. Basic courtesy. Staff is polite but not so attentive since I was the only one I suppose, that too at 7ish ?

This is the first visit and it is going to be the last. Food and service quality were extremely disappointing. Ordered a sizzler and it far far away from a sizzler. The staff seemed confused and inattentive. Serving guy is not even aure the dish he is carring is veg or non-veg. The loud music didnt allow any of our group member to interact, we were literally shouting at each other. My candid opinion is that i might give it another shot but wont suggest to anyone basis tonight's experience
