Fantastic staff, comfortable atmosphere and quality service
Great experience as a first timer. The staff were really helpful. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Receptionists were very friendly. The treatment was started on time and completed with excellent results.

Let me begin with the hospitality. The entire staff deserves praise for the fantastic experience!
First of all, Manager Gokul was really polite and helpful and assisted with understanding the entire procedure.
I had the consultation with Dr. Arya, who was incredibly thorough and enlightening the entire time.
My surgeon, Dr. Harish led me through the entire HT procedure and made sure to answer all of my questions (eventhough some were silly) as we went along.
It was clear who was in charge - Head Nurse Athira! Even while coordinating the HT procedure, she made care to keep the atmosphere upbeat!
Kudos to the nurses Shahana, Thomas, and Anju who kept my mind occupied anytime I felt anxious.
On January 23, 2023, I had a hair transplant. Only 3 days have passed after the treatment, and things are currently going well! Following the Doctor's and Nurses' directions. At this time, there is some itching and swelling in the forehead, which appears natural.
I'll keep you informed on the development!!
Overall, getting your HT from Hair O Craft Kollam is something I would strongly suggest.

I am satisfied and happy with the overall experience in this clinic. The consulting Dr.Arya was very informative and cleared all the doubts regarding procedure and advised about the measures to be taken before the HT.The surgeons Dr Nidhesh and Dr Harish had done a great job and the nurses Beena and Shahana accompanied them very very friendly and reassuring.The front office staff were very friendly and tookcare of all our needs properly.
Post surgery procedures explained in a good manner. The headwash was executed very neatly and professionally.The whole crew was very responsive...
