Shimla is a beautiful place and so is Hackettstayz! It may just look like any other moderate buildinv but when you get to stay here, the experience just turns to be amazing. The staff were so friendly and the caretaker was so amazing that they made sure our visit was comfortable and that we had an amazing vacation over here. As we were proceeding, we just had one thing in mind that was this place with amazing view and awesome experiences.

We didn't imagine that there will be such a quiet place so close to Shimla. The property has really nice valley views and there are lot of trails nearby to walk. Playing Badminton with the mountains in the background was also another experience!! We just had a 2 night stay but I wish if it could be longer.

Highly recommend this place for nature and peace lovers. I have visited Shimla several times. I always used to stay in a hotel on Mall road. This time, I was looking for a place with quiet surroundings near Mall road. And I found the location to be perfect!

Hell lot of Restrictions at this place. Like you cannot go out and walk, you cannot play music in the garden. Cooks are really slow and their gas stove also had issues. Not happy with this stay. People/owner keep their eyes on you everytime from their windows. Most importantly they earlier refused to make breakfast on the last day. A person from Livingstone says you only paid for 3 nights not for the 4th day you are leaving. Excuse me ! what ?. If I visit any hotel, breakfast used to be served next morning. And they are behaving and calling out very unprofessional things. Livingstone will not respond you post 10 pm. Let it be any problem for you. My family members are not happy with this stay. We didn't have any other options so, we stayed there, otherwise we would have vacated this place on our first day itself.
