Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful experience from start to finish during our 3 weeks stay here. My partner & I loved staying here at Grand Hotel D’Europe. Clean & beautiful hotel with charming ambience. Lovely courteous & accommodating staff. Location is great, central, lovely area, safe, close to the park and the beach. Good quality breakfast. They were willing & able to cater to our dietary requirements. I appreciate them making me quinoa and sprout salad upon my request. We enjoyed the freshly made watermelon juice at the start of breakfast & the freshly cut papaya was nice & ripe & tasty. Look forward to staying here again. Big thank you to everyone working there for helping to create a super special time for us. Big smile :D

This place is so bloody good I highly recommend staying! The staff are lovely, the pool is fabulous and we even got English channels on the TV! Breakfast is great and the rooms so comfy can’t say a single bad thing about the place…. It was perfect!!

It's located in Heart of French colony, close to the beach walkable distance. Classic nice hotel, dining was good. Staff are very polite and Respectful Clean and hygienic Place. Good ambience Loved the swimming pool view. Reception and welcoming was good. GM is too good Overall Nice stay whoever stays here.. if you have budget problem defenetly go for it Have a Happy Holiday in PONDICHERRY

It was a great experience with Hotel Grand D' Europe. With neat white looks, the room was a classic, different than the usual colourful ones. It was so serene to the eyes and soft on the senses. For food, they had Mira's Cafe, where I relished various continental cuisines. Also, they had a rooftop Oceanic Lounge where I enjoyed my evening time. I loved the hotel. With luxurious amenities to stay, i had such a relaxing time in our holidays. Their hospitality was amazing and I would recommend everyone to experience it. p.s. The hotel was doing its best to maintain a high level of sanitisation to provide a healthy environment considering the Covid times.

Great woodwork, bathroom fittings and retro look of french architecture. We stayed here for two days and it was a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel is well located and is walkable from many tourist attraction.
