This is fantastic JYM!! All the trainers are superb and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you have. I really like how they give Tips & Tricks to get the most output on every workout. I've been going for a little bit and observing a big change in my energy level and body shape. It's Great!! I feel more younger than before ❤️???❤️.

Every gym is good but this gym is best ? because a trainer make's the gym best ... In this gym the trainer support you too do good excercise and he see each and everyone properly he is doing well or not that's why I like this gym ?

Wednesday: 6 to 10:30 am, 4 to 9:30 pm
Thursday: 6 to 10:30 am, 4 to 9:30 pm
Friday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 to 10:30 am, 4 to 9:30 pm
Saturday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 9 pm, Hours might differ
