Gold Gym Bavdhan has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional especially Mr Nihal for his effort for making me fit and his knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit.The overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Wonderful experience with Gold's Gym, Bavdhan. Raj sir is very talented gym trainer, having in depth knowledge. I was having Chondromalacia patella (cartilage damage of both knees). My lower body muscles were also imbalanced because of that. I was not even able to stand or walk properly though I was a treker earlier. But because of right guidance given by Raj sir now I am able to stand on my feet.
I am so pleased with my personal training and with the results that I am achieving.
I really appreciate his efforts. I am still continuing with gym.

I would highly recommend this gym to everyone.

Equipped with all instruments with brands like life fitness and hammer. Also the personal training for strength training is very equipped and good.
