Rooms are good and worth for the money you pay. Single rooms are similar to that of ibis with little space .Service is good. Breakfast is okay. Internet is bad .

The room and the services from the staffs were good. I don't know why the management is not providing chairs for the reception staff, I have got a very bad impression. Dental kit could have been provided. Rest everything is fine.

The outside view of the hotel is good, and it has good parking space. The location is convenient, as it is near Technopark Kazhakuttam. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff, especially the staff who was involved in the check-in process. They were rude and unhelpful. The room was also not very clean, and there was a lot of dust and dirt. I would not recommend this hotel, as there are many other better options in and around Kazhakuttam.

Really bad after paying 3350Rs. Unhygienic rooms, poor service, no complimentary breakfast, no response from room service. Totally disappointed. This hotel is worth staying for Maximum Rs.1000. This is simply overrated. Never recommended to stay here and they claim it is 3 star and there is no amenities at all. AC makes noise all the time. Tiny rooms.

I booked a Smart Saver room for one. It was affordable and the room was nice and clean. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe staying there. However, I had trouble getting an autorickshaw on a Sunday, so I had to walk all the way to the Technopark gate to find one.
