Staaf was courteous & humble, specially the guy name hemraj I ever saw a person who is available in hotel premises all the time,as I saw him all the times at the reception only even from night till the next afternoon, he helped us alott for our queries & given quick response,keep him, he is a asset , even the room was lovely & comfortable,this hotel has very excellent gesture & good services & great amenities,floor service & room dining service are also good,over all atmosphere is great,

I'd recommend because of the following: 1) staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you feel welcome. 2) their rooms are clean and odourless. 3) their manager will even serve you after you checkout.

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Very nice view for the balcony. And very near to the check point from where you will start the climb to vaishno devi. There are dominos and pizza hut available nearby the hotel but its 100% veg. Staff are very courteous
