No doubt Dr Arif is a very good and very polite medical practitioner. His attitude towards the patients is praiseworthy, but the only one black spot in gaurav hospital is the man sitting in the reception desk. His behaviour is very rude and he is not able to satisfy the patients' queries and gets irritated very soon. He should be given proper training in behavioural science and communication. He should be made aware that he is dealing with a patient who is already in distress. It is also expected that he should be aware of hospital regulations and able to convince the patient when required. Hope the management will take care.
