I have been regularly visiting Hilton with my husband for a while now, for its Sunday brunches. And easter brunches at Hilton has become more like a family ritual now. The food there is very special to us. It is not just a treat to the tongue, but to all our senses. The dishes are presented so beautifully and each dish is crafted with highest quality. I am in love with the sushi, grills, and the desserts there which have been part of every buffet i attended. Every time there would be a couple of dishes that takes us by surprise. It was a tiny pork set up in whole, for carving, for this Easter brunch, and it was delicious. I couldn't resist taking videos of the dishes. Its a shame videos can't be attached here.
Chef Satheesh's desserts are extremely beautiful and melt in the mouth delicious. The cocktails and mocktails are great too.
All staff there are extremely cordial and helpful. Chefs Satheesh and Asmic Raj are both very charming, yet understated personalities, always enthusiastic and passionate when they talk about food. F&B Manager Sarath has always made sure to make us feel welcome and cared about. There are a few familiar faces that deserve special mention, but we do not know the names of. Hilton is a place we go to, for our gulity treats and celebrations.

Had lunch at the Hilton garden restaurant… they have really good chicken club sandwich and crispy fries combo.... sufficient for 2 for a light meal…. Little expensive though

The dinner spread and the Live Appam counter were good. Courteous staff and calm ambience. Entrance and exit are clumsy. Wheel chair facility available. The temperature control at the dining area was not optimal, which was towards the hotter side. Requested to lower the temperature to 24 degrees, which did not yield any outcome despite their alerting the concerned. Overall, it was a good experience.
