I ordered food through swiggy app from this hotel. When I got the parcel, I found one of the major dish is missing. But the curry is available. I don't know how can I use this curry without that dish. To drik it . ?. It shows how careless and irresponsible workers are working there in the hotel. They can't even ensure entire food items has included in the package. I already complained about this hotel on swiggy. As they got many complaints about them they might have remove this hotel from their partners list soon. Pros: Nothing Cons: Delay in food delivery Bad taste Irresponsible staffs. High price I never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'm new to trivandrum and I tried out the biriyani here, i have to say it's one of the pathetic ones. It is priced heavily and believe me it's not even worth half of the money. The staff and service were also poor. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Really bad experience.
