A small Cozy Cafe in south Kolkata. Good was good to taste.. similar scenario with beverage as well. They could be a Lil bit better in terms of service and cutlery availability. But on the whole a good place and spent an awesome time in here. Kudos ??

Valentine’s day special combos at Garage lounge and restaurant Not everyone can afford high end restaurants on the Valentine’s day, some do look for pocket friendly ones where they can spend some alone time with their valentine, be it their partner , their parents or their friend. Garage lounge and restaurant is one such place located at Jodhpur park where you get budget meals with hookah to puff on. The place is easy to locate using google map a few minutes from Dhakuria bridge towards Jadavpur thana. The entrance may give you a different impression but the restaurant is on the 1st floor of the building and is very spacious. It has a beautiful mocktail counter but the overall look mostly resembles a garage. I am personally a non smoker but this restaurant recommendation is for only those who prefer cafes and lounges that serve hookah at reasonable rate. Coming to the food, I was mostly there to try out their valentines day combos but also had a few other dishes from ala cart. What are they serving? 1. The Love Package @249/- (Hookah, 2 Blue Lagoon, Veg Arancini Balls) 2. The Love Package @299/- (Hookah, 2 Blue Lagoon, Dirty Fries (french fried baked with cheese) , Crispy Chilli Babycorn) Both the combos are very pocket friendly considering you get hookah with it. The food is decent not exceptional. Apart from the combos I had - Sugar Can Drum Stick: Vegetable croquettes served with mayo. Chinese Sizzler: Fried rice served with chicken manchurian and french fries Hot Garlic Chicken with Hakka Noodles: The combo was indeed the best for the day. Al Fungi Pizza: Very cheesy and full of mushroom as topping. A must for either a cheese or a pizza lover.
