Gangtok Residency is one of the best hotels in Gangtok. We stayed there for 2nights and the experience is very nice. Food was homely and as per our choice and very tasty. Service was excellent. Romm was clean and very big. View from balcony is very eye soothing. It is on the main road and communication service is very easy to get to the mall.

Rooms are spacious. Food quality is superb. View from rooms are good for few rooms. There is a open terrace where children can play. Sanjit Sarkar who is following the entire part is very polite in nature and provide everything in the hospitality what he can give.

The rooms are good but required cleaning every day when boarder uses the room for two to three days. All staffs are helpful. The place is beautiful but 5-6 Km away from hart of the city i.e Gandhi market. To be more careful for preparation of good quality of food.

This is my first time in gangtok and the experience was very pathetic and which I can't describe in words *Firstly hotel location was wrong in google maps and there is no number to contact the hotel to reach out. *Secondly the hotel was so unhygienic , stains on bedsheets , insects in the room, no water supply, visible dirt along with hair strands al over. * they would not even provide you with the drinking water forget about the food. Don't go by the photograph which owner had posted those are old ,he openly claimed that he will not provide any service he is running a cheap hotel so he will not be able to provide any service , and if you try to raise any issue he threatened that he have goons who will deal later on and doesn't care about bad reviews as he had many people who can post good reviews about the same . So going to this hotel was my worst decision . Hope other people should not suffer the same situation
