My family is really impressed with Imran’s service. We ordered online, and Swiggy as usual did not check the items and missed picking up 2 sambar rice. And Swiggy was so irresponsible and non chalant with their responses as they usually are. But on contacting the restaurant about the missing items, Imran went an extra mile and ensured the remaining order was home delivered to us within 20 mins. It is so hard to find such high ethics and moral obligation in this day and time. I rate the food 4/5 but for the restaurant to have such good staff like Imran, I rate them 10/5. Good luck and great job!
