Turf quality is best then others Newly opened turf, the best part abt it is that no residents can get disturbed... Its open air and a windy space.... Pleasant to play during day and night both..... Heard that soon the food items will be available making it a perfect hangout place and with ofcourse the turf to play cricket and football....
