Beautiful house, very well maintained. It was green all over.. not very close to the beach though. They had a pool on the property. We enjoyed our stay there. If you need food, they cook and bring it for you in the room..

It's right on beach. AC, non AC rooms are available but they are basic in terms of interiors, cleanliness. Restaurant interior wise average but every table has sea view. Menu Card is full of fish and other varieties. Different fishes like red sniper, modso, chanak, lepa, squids are available in regular or traditional recheado masala. Very tasty food, cocktails, mocktails are also great, good service. Beach shacks available and you can order food here as well. Overall if one can adjust with rooms then it's highly recommended.

Went there for breakfast. Opens slightly late but you cannot crib since its Goa and you should relax and get up late ... however for early risers like me check the time of opening before going there. I waited for the place to open. Sat there and gazed at the unobstructed view of the beach and sea. That was nice. I hear the food is good but since I had only b/f can only say about that. Egg preparations were well done. Presentation could have improved. Overall a good place.

Great place, friendly staff, Came here to celebrate a family gathering the end of February. They set up our family table and had a custom buffet for us. Economical and good food. Definitely a nice place and worth visiting often with families or large groups.
