A well equipped gymnasium with a friendly and happy to help trainer. It's my third gym experience and this one is the place where I found the most helpful trainer to build up myself. Opens 6 days a week, never seems crowded and the trainer founds time for everyone. Many of my gym mates had positively revised the same, from different gyms they had shifted here due to the lack of good trainers. Special cardio exercise session is conducting every day in the morning and was able to see enough happy faces due to the proper results. A large array of brand new equipments are provided in this unisex gym, and female trainer is also available for the service. Changing rooms, washrooms and drinking water facility is also provided and gym is open for morning as well as evening session.
