I had quite a horrible experience here. The rooms are okay but they don’t allow outside food. The restaurant have minimal options. Room cleaning is not done daily until we call them and ask them to clean it. One good benefit is, they allow us to check in round the clock. Service can be improved.

HORROBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL AND THE TEAM. I had a stay at this hotel for my vacation at trivandrum. We were 7 people and booked 3 rooms. Horrible hospitality, and when complained they said that the hotel was under renovation. Even simple breakfast items like idli tasted bland and foul. This hotel chaims to be a 4 star however there was no warm water facility in the washrooms. Please make a very very wise and thorough decision before booking the place.

We had a great stay at the hotel! the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and service was swift. Aleena, the security guard, and the front office staff were all very helpful. This is one of the best hotels in Trivandrum than other hotels, good atmosphere, decent breakfast options and it is close to the airport. I was cautious about their room services after reading numerous reviews, but I was pleased to find that the staff always responded quickly and when we placed an order, it never took longer than 15-20 minutes for it to be delivered, would highly recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience. Right from the reception experience to the room facilities and at the end invoicing all were pathetic. I checked in with my wife, paid for twin sharing rates and found it that they offer only one bottle of water as complimentary! We were given only card to enter the room. Door panel had damaged card reader and made some funny noises during the night. We couldn't get though the extensions and were forced to call landline and then speak with the front office. I have till date not received the invoice that i asked for. Hot water never came. Horrible horrible experience!
