Had to take room urgently since I lost another hotel room which I pre-booked. Extra money was given for early check in. For an extra person we had to give another extra amount. Room was okay. Adjustable. Medium rooms.

Simply ripp off. Heck with them. They are registered under oyo and still were denying the fact that they had any ties with oyo. They demanded an extra 750 rs and said we dont know anything about oyo we dont have any offers or ties with oyo. When i contacted oyo within 20 minutes they said sorry rooms are full. Even though no one came. There are countless reviews like this still why the oyo not taking any action against those looters??... I don't even know how they managed to get a 3.5 rating. When oyo contacted them they straight away denied the fact they asked for extra bucks. Even though I had confirmed booking they were fooling us stating the fact rooms are full. Please don't go there if you value your safety more. I have an exam tmrw and I had to deal with this .. They were damn rude and speaking as if I owe them something. When I confronted this fact they said do what u want. Such creeps are responsible for tarnishing the image of Kerala. No one wants to face this after a long tirey journey... Kindly take action

When I book the room 10 days before, it was shown very big Family Room the rate which I pay and when the time of check in, the room the give a very small single room. When I asked the manager about this. His answer was like this “. We are busy for the day. There is other walk-in guest ready pay more than my booking rate and We don't give you family room. If you need, you stay in this small single room or you can leave the hotel. Real very bad Service. I never expect a manager talk like this way. My whole vacation mood was spoiled because of this stay. I will never recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Bad receptionist behaviour. Checked in at 12pm but they asked to leave at 2pm even though the deal was to check out at 11 am the next day. We payed extra even though we booked prior at a low cost. The staffs had a rude and filthy talk. The room was not even good at that price . They are just fraudsters in the middle of city .

Their service is very easy to deal with. Rooms are very affordable, clean and air conditioned. Within 2kms to the railway station. It might look low key from outside but rooms are excellent for the price. Recommended ??
