We booked through OYO which was 730/- even though we paid in advance though OYO including ac,tv, wifi and many other included facilities. While checking in at 12:30pm, he made us aware that he can cancel the booking if he wishes as it is online booking and refused to accept that we already paid through OYO. He rudely mentioned that we must pay there then only he can give us room otherwise we must see other hotel. We called OYO customer care and they kept us on hold again and again and we were standing there for more than an hour. Not to mention we had child who was already tired and crying still the father son duo kept repeating rubbish that they will give us room only on payment to them and that too 1200/- and ac charges will be separate of 500/-. It is so inside area that we were forced to take the room and OYO online payment made earlier is not refunded till now. I request all those especially who are traveling with family, please please don't fall for OYO and donot consider this hotel. You will feel guilty once you go through the entire fraud process of OYO and and this rubbish guest house. The room was pathetic, dirty bedsheet and pillow covers, blanket cover had stains. Even after complain, they didn't listen. It was a nightmare experience. The father son duo seating there are running fraud and taking forced money from family and all those who are coming for peaceful travel. This hotel is a total waste of money and peace.

They took booking from make my trip. But when I reached there, they told no room is available. Then I had to find room in night with very high charge. Avoid this place, Mukundapur. Lodge owners at this place has a fraud circle. They offer low price online. And when people reach this remote location they don't give room and nearby lodge owner charges very high price. Tried people (by journey), or in night(transport communication poor) people can't go to other places.

If you want cheaper but neat rooms then this is the one. But location is bit inside so can will take that much money.

Rooms are dirty. You will have an intercom as a toy. Curtains with full of dirt. You cannot walk after 11 in front of the hotel as if you are under 15 and living in your house ? but I donno why they ask money to stay if it behaves like a home. ?
