No Disturbance at all.Room is good, but food is too much(more than much) costly, this is too much cost to pay 200 for a normal food.Very nice hotel...awesome rooms and infrastructures.. quick check in to room...all are good ..good hotel in low budget..everyone must exprience once but reception lady was asking for money on everything. I ordered food from zomato as menu was not in my room . so she told 200 rs charges extra for zomato food and when i was checking in she said you have to give more 600rs . then i told her i Already paid . The Staff Should be groomed . only reception male staff person is good.

The room windows were rusty and was not maintained well...at least clean the rust from the windows. Service was best and hygienic food.

Improvement is much needed. There is no proper power supply. Also walls were peeled off. Furniture needs to be replaced. It's good for privacy but hotel should provide room service number to the rooms.

We stayed in this hotel during our Transit from Madhay Pradesh to Blr considering it as good hotel from Orient Group but after reaching hotel we realised that its our biggest mistake. First thing they dont have lifts so if you are carrying heavy luggage then you are gone. Their staff is rude and nonsense. We arrived this hotel at night after marking checkin the front desk guy just handed over the keys without any further instructions. We had also booked complimentary breakfast but the guy didn't communicated anything. After asking timing he just told timing without any communication regarding how it will be served . When we reached to room it was completely dirty even bedsheet and blankets were not changed after last checkout I guess the staff put it as it is without considering hygeine and safety of guests. Just imagine you may have to sleep in some bed which was used by other peoples in this Pandemic and u have to use same blanket on which other guy might have spitted, coughed. After complaining about this such kind on unhygienic practice staff came and changed it without any apologies this is the level of arrogance these guys have. They didn't provided water bottles after asking for bottle they brought some refilled bottles which might have been thrown by guests in dustbin. Finally we have to buy packed bottles from them at double cost of MRP. They didn't provided towels, soap or any other stuffs which usually get served in all hotels. After spending night there at morning we were assuming that breakfast will be at dining area the way it is served in other hotels so we packed out bags and thought to have breakfast during checkout but to our surprise the front desk guy told that it was suppose to be ordered from room only and based on orders they use to prepare and serve it rooms after hearing this I lost my Temper as it was staff's responsibility to communicate at checkin time or during morning by making some calls after shouting on them they told it will take about 45 minutes for them to prepare breakfast and only two options available either Upma or Poha. If both guests take same item then time will be lesser else it can take upto 1 hour now this was the limit of cheating so I lost my control and threatened them to complain this fraud with MMT then the other person who was changing the shift asked us to wait for 15 mins and promised to serve breakfast by this time. He made us to wait in dining area which was nothing different then old tent house store room with broken furnitures stacked there. After waiting for 20 mins nothing got served when again we asked for breakfast he borrowed another 20 mins. Now the breakfast was worst in class. We were supposed to leave early as we had to reach Hyderabad as early as possible but these nonsense fraud guys wasted our time, money was already wasted. So if u want to suffer, play with your physical and mental health then only book this hotel else I would never recommend this hotel for my enemy as well. Such a pathetic hotels, the rainbaseras might be better option then this hotel
