Nice ambiance and good hospitality. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. Recommended hotel for family stay .

Hotel staff were patient. Good hotel at affordable prices. Located near Afzal Kunj bus depot. So no problem for accessibility. The rooms were spacious. The toilets were clean. The rooms had good source for sunlight. Elevators available. If you plan to visit charminar, and you want a near by place which is central for all places like Salar Jung Museum and well connected by public transport, this is one of such place.

Rooms not as per seen in the photos. Also the service is not quite good. The room service boy who showed us the rooms was drunk. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. The rooms are quite small, they look exact opposite in the photos. Height is there are a lot of mosquitos in the hotel, including the lobby and the room. I booked this hotel on Oyo as it looked well and pocket friendly, but I was disappointed when I saw the rooms. Immediately after I saw the rooms, I cancelled my booking and I didn't even get full refund from Oyo as. A personal suggestion is don't book rooms online over here.

Very bad experience I ever had in my life ...the staff was soo rude ....we came with our family and even room was empty they didn't gave us rooms and told to see other hotels my personal suggestion is not to go to stay in this hotel .....u will also have bad experience....the staff pushed out of hotel and my brother had some injury in his leg ....I was begging them not to do soo ....plzzzzzzzz don't go for stay in this hotel....
