10 stars for the price offered, nearly 2.5kms from kolkata airport 4kms from railway station where one can get metro to kalighat directly in nearly 25 mins I had taken blessings of MAA KAALI and had to take flight. Found this hotel very much clean and good staff

Check-in date = 28-05-22 check-out date = 29-05-22 Rate = 1499/- for two rooms ( paid in advance) On 26-05-2022 I have booked 2 room through OYO for 1499 /- in this hotel for 3 people one female and other two are the male. After my booking has been done in OYO APP I immediately called the hotel desk to confirm it by them. First they asked me on which rate I have booked the rooms I told them 1499 /- for 2 rooms. After that they are saying we will not be able to confirm it unlit 11 am on 28-05-22 we receives the bookings on check in date. I have booked many rooms from OYO but never herd this type of excuse. As far I know whenever we book rooms through OYO the hotel desk immediately gets the booking details. After that I have called the OYO customer care and they said to me that don't worry sir you will get your room on check in date. When we arrived at the hotel they are saying that the hotel is full, you will not be able to check-in. When I asked him that we have booked the rooms in advance but why you didn't reserve the room for us. They said that your booking is gone in the over booking section God knows what does that mean. I mean how the f**k a booking done in 3 days days advance goes to over booking. Just want to say don't book this hotel you will regrate it.
