Different types of exercise to make the body fit. Focus on overall health including strength, flexibility, along with weight loss. Zumba, bollywood, weight training, yoga , and more types of exercise mixed and matched to keep us motivated and fit. Even group batches feels personal batch as the trainers give good attention to each and everyone.
