One of the best equipped gym at bilaspur with olympic sets of rod.. I am powerlifter and I personally like the gym actually I am a old member of the gym and many athelets are came in light from this gym I am one of them best coach having alot to knowledge an experience of 28 yrs in this fitness industry..

The Best gym in bilaspur .trainers are very helpful. We even get a perfect diet plan. They take good care of everyone. Yoga session is my favt. The weightloss prog is truly the best one.

Thursday: 5 am to 9 pm
Friday: 5 am to 9 pm
