Very helpful trainers. Nominal fees. You can do almost all types of work outs here. Though a few more equipments would have been better. Hope they will increase their armouries in near future. Will give 5 stars once all the equipments are available..

Timings:
Wednesday: 6 am to 10 pm
Thursday: 6 am to 10 pm
Friday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 10 pm, Hours might differ
Saturday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 10 pm
