It's very good to join this gym. I'm practicing and gyming here for 1 year and it has been great time with my mates. The gym provides you all the needful and you can go further with trainer they will help you a lot, but yes you should be able to follow your diet routine also otherwise there will be no fault by trainer by gym side. Fitness square will definitely make you fit
