Trainer is more of a motivational mentor. Worth every minute there. IF, you really wish to bring a change in yourself, you should land here. Gym training has several dimensions which i got to know after i joined this gym

Timings:
Wednesday: 6 am to 9 pm
Thursday: 6 am to 9 pm
Friday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 9 pm, Hours might differ
Saturday: (Eid al-Fitr), 6 am to 9 pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 6 am to 9 pm
