Whatever I'm doing...be it from the minimum workouts to abit of advanced exercising I owe it to the trainer Sir Rajesh Kaushal.... He is an exceptional trainer with full of positivity n he knows how to bring out the best from u.... N about the gym ....hands down...the best choice I have made training at Mantra ..the ambience, equipments, it's very clean, everyone in the gym are nice to one another ,most importantly u feel safe there?
