A great place to transform. Why!? Great machines all in top notch working condition . They have trainers on the floor for the entire day. I would like to say Thanks to my trainer, Mr. NAFEES SHAIKH. You’re an incredible trainer, and I'm so grateful for your work. He is educated and well versed with knowledge of fitness and diets both. They too have a steam bath session ? . It's an all-inclusive package at an affordable price.Love the place.

I was a member of this gym for 3months and I went for cardio. In those 3 months I had experienced the best gym workouts and service with trainers. I would like to continue only in this gym for future. I also recommend others who want to be fit or become bodybuilder to join this gym.

I joined the gym two months ago and have Mr. Mehmood as my personal trainer and gym is world class and Mr. Mehmood is a certified and a very good personal trainer. Mr. Mehmood as he is well versed with all the routines and huge motivator. It was a very good decision to join the gym.

I had joined fitness kingdom a month ago...and within a span of a month with help of my trainer Mehmood Khan i find out a very significant difference in myself...my cannot's changed into can..he has pushed me further than I thought I could go, and shown me that I can reach my physical goals if my mind wants it bad enough. Training with him has benefited my perspective in other areas of my life and I feel more confident.

Well equipped gym with proper maintenance.specially Nafees trainer is a great trainer and have excellent knowledge and skills to help to achieve desire goals.plus point is Gym is opened 24 hrs and 365 days.frist gym in kopar kharine which is open 24 hrs.
