Good Coach and his assistance Team.. They have a very good ambiance.. No AC.. But that is the best part of this GYM very close to the Beach.. You will have the gentle sea breeze when you work out.. Awesome experience.. And very affordable.. Less than 1000 when you take even a six month pack.. They are really professional, they take the fitness test on day 1 and will give you exercises based on that.. Best place to work it out on your own too..
