Great gym at this price point. Variety of equipments are available. Very helpful in Cardio training too. Also the environment is very good. Special thanks to Chanakya Daa for his guidance. His guidance helped me loose 4 kg in 1 month.

Completed 5 months at this gym,being 55 yrs old lady,a patient of slip disc of 25 yrs old, a patient of severe arthritis working out with guidance of Atikur and Anirban (not personal trainer). Atikur guide me for doing new exercise everyday..Anirban encourages for doing extra new....Trainers are supportive and helpful. Equipments for senior are comfortable , environment also good .

Excellent facilities for total body workout. Professional trainers are available to guide at every step. The staff is well behaved and friendly. There are large number of exercising devices available in the gym.

It's above good. Price is quite reasonable and the most important is that the trainer would be watching you. For first few week he's be there to show u each and every thing n from the rest he'd leave things on you so as to see whether you are doing that right/wrong.
