One of the worst hospital in Bihar. There is lack of management and no rules and regulations how to treat customer equally as well as reception staff behavior very very rude they don't know how to talk professionally. There is one staff her name is Rima Dey she's totally unprofessional, lack manners etiquette, unfavorable behaviour As I can say pathetic experience have been faced here.

My mother was recently admitted to the hospital and totally dependent on hospital for medicine, diagnosis, fooding and lodging because of medical insurance. It was pathetic experience. The ward boy was complaining that the medicine was not reaching him as prescribed by the doctor. Food was served without water. No action was taken even after complaining to manager at 12 am in the night.
Food was having too much salt though the patient had high BP and diabetes.
