Location is best for nature lover. Balcony view is so good. Gardens are also good. Rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are specious. Pool is also available at rooftop as well on ground. Rooftop restaurant which makes dinner so good with nature.

Went to attend a wedding here . The old palace property retains the old world charm but the in- room lighting was a total dampener. We need bright lights to get ready and read at a hotel! Bathrooms were okay but not spacious. Light went out twice when we were getting make up done. It took a good 20 minutes for it to come back. Nothing much to do at the palace...if u want to just enjoy a secluded holiday in a refurbished palace you might be fine ...good for offsite and weddings but seriously can improve service, responsiveness and also ability to deal with sudden issues like lights failing! It was okay for us as we were at a wedding but won't go again primarily because there is no wow factor in the property

I loved the stay, rooms are spacious and great place to hangout. I love to appreciate the premise, it's big and great place. Front office staff are not welcoming but other staff are good and we ordered room service food and its was yummy. Even they called and enquired when we did not attend the morning breakfast.
