Best in the Business, as far as I know. I have personally visited every gym in this area & the ambience of this gym stands out making a good first impression.. Equipments are all in good shape. The gym has an exceptional trainer. He makes sure that you are comitted & give your 100% every time you hit the gym. I used to train in gym with a trainer, when I was in US. I would rate the circuit/strength/Cardio training here on par with that. I would recommend the gym for my friends. Happy to come back to gym after few years of break due to Covid. Make the right choice.. Cheers ?

Its awesome celebrating silver jubilee in Fast Track Health Studio. It’s a great achievement master and am happy to be part of this celebration.
Couple of things I thought to share based on my experience
1) I lost 9 KGs within 7 months time, though weekly twice sometimes thrice am coming for gym. It’s encouraging me to keep coming
2) Master, You own/govern the workout we are doing as like personal trainer. In almost all the gym, they may have personal trainer to lookout our individual workouts and charge extra for this but here you are doing a great job for us the whole year which makes me keep coming.
3) You are always thinking innovative say for example for next year you are working on the plan to make everyone fit with six packs which is admirable made me to keep coming
I wish you and family always success and best coming in your way master. Congrats for the 25years achievement ?.

I have been training in the fasttrack gym for around a month for a transformation journey and the journey so far has been good. My preference is weight loss and Prem (Gym Coach) gave clarity about food & exercise, and how it works in a body for weight loss, Which helps me to create a mindset and kick start to enjoy the process. Prem provided a comfortable and affordable way of diet plan. Prem is a very talented and dedicated trainer and what makes him stand out is the technical knowledge he has for transformation and Diet and also trains each & every individual . He has an eye for detail.What I like most about him is the amount of patience he has and tracks my progress & keeps on motivating. The ambience and environment is excellent for workouts and the biggest gym in Chennai. The best thing is they also provide outdoor training sessions on the beach & athlete tracks on Sundays, which keeps you on track on the transformation journey on the weekends. There is a huge change in my weight #102 kgs to #87 kgs in a month and I can feel the difference in my body. Overall, it has been a wonderful ride and I take this experience as my lifetime journey and continue for the long term. I strongly believe & recommend Fasttrack for Fitness & Transformation. Thank you Fastrack & Prem for being part of my fitness journey.
