We have been there for 10 days. Our overall experience was great. We liked the hospitality, cleanliness, house keeping, facilities, food , security and staff. The staff were very helpful and proactive. There were no service delay. Food quality and variety was on greater side. We also had a chance to meet master chef Mr Venky. He is a nice guy with great culinary skill. He also served us couple of special dishes other than regular buffet which were awesome.
We would definitely recommend others to stay and have a great experience along with great cuisine.

Loved the staff and the customer service provided. Breakfast was really good. Hotel was kept clean and front desk was friendly and helpful. Recommend using the SPA services.
Venkatesh (front desk) was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. You get the service for the price you pay. Will definitely recommend to stay there if you want a pleasant service.
Cons: Small rooms even the suites, and Golf view rooms have a view of an apartment called Golf ? not a golf course.

One of the learner (forgot the guys name - starts with S) was very kind and polite. Swarupa (front desk) was very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. You get the service for the price you pay. Will definitely recommend to stay there if you want a pleasant service.

The access to this place was okay with some potholes in the road.
The staff was very courtous and kind. The best thing was that they always greeted us with a SMILE.
The lobby has a sofa to wait if you need to.
The rooms were small and simple. Nothing fancy about it. The bathroom has a common door with the toilet. That's weird but we managed. The shower water leaked into the carpet of the room and towards the end of our stay, it gave a weird mouldy smell. And the AC didn't cool as much as we wanted so it became mildly stuffy during the nights.
