Hot water was not working, for a double room there was only one port for phone charger. (Another port was not working) very difficult to use lap top charge and phone charge simultaneously.

I had booked a "Superior Double Room" the room was not even close to what was shown in the pictures, extremely poor hospitality and rooms, had the worst stay ever. Basic amenitied like a loo roll were also not available, after 3k the condition of the room that I was given was pathetic.

Lack cleanliness to the core both in common space and in room. time to repaint rooms twice. average comfort bed and dull towels and sheets. you will get a basic small dirty room for 1600/-

Right on the road and close to all necessary things but the rooms were very small. No proper breakfast. Hotel does not have any restaurant so you need to get food delivered there. Rooms and service could have been better as per the price.

The place is a complete waste of money. The ratings are fake I guess. I booked the place through fabhotels directly and they said they would give a deluxe room. But the room was pathetic and I checked other rooms and it was all same. We decided to leave immediately. Please don't get fooled by the images .the place is nothing like the photos. We paid full amount and booked and we left immediately and we are still waiting for refund. Do not book this place .
