Man sitting on reception is rude. Wen v entered at bout 10am. He did not welcome us in polite way. N started saying check in 12pm. He made us waiting inspite hotel was totally vacant.. n later started arguing on room accuracy... don't book such pathetic hotel wer sch people are sitting on desk..

Rooms are good and neat. But can be improved slightly. Very poor service at the front desk. No respect for the guest. Shewing pan always while speaking to guest. Most disappointing part of staying is payment method during check out. They are accepting only cash or gpay. They don't have card swiping option. This seems to be too odd. I can't imagine going to hotel in this decade where there is no card payment.

Was here only for few hours but i wish i could have stayed more the service was really good rooms were clean with wifi working fine and the bathroom had geyser but it was bit compact so it's difficult to take a bath, toilets were clean. Only thing is that you cannot find any restaurants nearby, but if you have a bike or car no worries for you.

Location is within a whole sale fruit market. Rooms need more improvement. Service staff of the hotel very courteous and tried their best service considering the fact that the inhouse VEG restaurant was closed due to renovation. May revisit.

The worst experience in the hotel, they dnt know how to deal with the guest, they stick to there policies and words only never try to listen to the guest. Moreover, we have booked with breakfast plan however after reaching they said that kitchen is under renovation so there will be no breakfast at all which was not been informed earlier neither in the website or anywhere else. While checking out we were not been provided with breakfast and asking to wait till 8.30am to take breakfast where they dnt even care about there own guest time schedule. Literally it was a worst experience with fab hotel and a total waste of money and experience.
