My friend stayed here, so this review is based on his experience and what he told me. - This hotel is a budget hotel, but on a little high price. - The price justifies the hygiene and facilities provided. - The whole hotel is neat and clean, including hallways, lift, stairs, verandah, reception, etc. Staff behaviour is good. They were polite to the customers. - Check-in process is a simple one. - The hotel is situated in a little remote area, however approaching here is easy due to its connectivity with Devendra Nagar road. - Parking facility is available for 2 wheelers. 2-3 cars can also be accommodated here. - The hotel doesn't have any balcony as the building looks like a matchbox, which makes ventilation a problem if one wants to switch off the AC. - Lift facility is available. The lift is a little bit older model, however it works perfectly fine. About rooms- -Shampoo, conditioner and soap were given in the room along with a clean towel. - Bathrooms were clean. - AC in the room worked perfectly. - Tatasky connection was not provided, however my friend didn't ask for it. - Bed cushion was a little hard, it's quality can be improved upon. My friend had a comfortable stay here. I hope you too have a good stay if and when you book it. Overall, I would say, a good place for an upper-end budget hotel.

Quite comfortable rooms and at affordable prices, parking facilities are also good, services are a little laid back, they don't have proper arrangements in terms of food and staff is also limited, overall mix experience

Worst hotel and service I have ever experienced. Never book through FAB app. These people are cheating the customers. I booked for 2 rooms in this hotel. As we came to this hotel they didn't allow us to check in. Then I called to the customer care. They went on discussing for about an hour. Finally allowed us to enter into 1 room. Later again after discussions with the front desk person they provided the second room. They didn't provide any towels or toiletries in the room. Never take room which includes breakfast. They will not provide that in time. You will have to wait till 9 AM or beyond for breakfast. Never book this hotel for family trip or any official trip. Don't book this hotel through FAB. Because this hotel people are agreeing to allow check in if you come without paying in advance and not throughfab. Not only us, we saw they were bothering another lady too who checked in earlier to this hotel through FAB. This is totally disgusting. Horrible experience.
