Here I joined for a weight loss. Master Naveen guiding well with good schedule. Every day I can feel the changes happening in myself. It's a unisex gym ladies also coming in more no to do their fitness workouts. Good ambience with supporting people. Special green mat area for cardio exercise. Hydraulic and manual equipments are available at here. Many young people's choice is this gym and they enjoying with their friends at here.

Thursday: 5 am to 9:30 pm
Friday: 5 am to 9:30 pm
