Worst service ever, didn't get bill copy item was not packed properly charged 1150 for the same! Ghee rice wasn't boiled or prepared properly like half boiled rice, Butter chicken gravy pieces which were available in that were of tandoori, grill roast was not proper, worst experience ever with empire restaurant of bannerghatta road.
i stay beside empire hotel itself but never faced this kind of unsatisfaction, which was faced at the time of lockdown (Covid-19)
Would like to get this resolved, and hope u guys serve better!!!

Empire at Bannerghatta road is serving best Bheja fry with coin paratha in town. Their fast food counter is called Easy bites which serves chicken tawa roll. Both items are very delicious tawa roll should be consumed then and there only to enjoy it to fullest.

One of the worst. Second time in 2 months I've had bad experience at Empire restaurants.
Being from Kerala I've tried porotta in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, Empires is the worst by far.
The porotta was dry, rubbery and discoloured possibly because it wasn't fresh dough or frozen.
Orange gravy was spicy enough to be called gravy but the yellow container was some Dal in water with curry leaves without salt.
The grill chicken too was bland and lacked spices and chicken skin wasn't even completely removed or cleaned. All the inedible bits still on it.
The restaurant has grown to big for its own good. Quality has gone bad to poor from 2011/12.
Food ordered:
Kerala porotta
Grill chicken
