Really good place to get a Ayurveda massage in Trivandrum! It's one of those hidden gems that provides quality and authentic Ayurveda service. I came here with severe neck and back pain from continuous sitting at work and bad posture. After 1 week of massage session I could feel the immense difference from within the core of my body. I had visited other centres but nothing compares to the care and quality of treatment from Elixir. I live outside India and sadly , is unable to visit Elixir often. But I highly recommend this place to anyone interested!

Availing treatment for my cervical spondylosis at Elixir was a great decision! I spend a lot of time on computer due to nature of my work which resulted in severe neck pain and stiffness. For years my neck was going through on and off pain peaking during winters. Dr. Vijaykumar was kind enough to pay attention in detail and explore my lifestyle patterns. He came up with a customised treatment plan and assigned his best therapist Abhilash who worked his magic. The treatment was prescribed to eliminate the root cause of the issue and focussed on over all well being with various therapies. I am not generally a review person. However, my experience at Elixir transformed me into a huge fan of Ayurveda and Dr. Vijaykumar who did a daily follow up of my treatment and still after many months keep checking on my well being. Update May 6: Update May 6: I felt like adding more to this review as when I was driving car turning around was painful in neck and back, while doing doing desk job, my lower back soreness. but my muscle memory is shocking me when I am able to move around pain free and feeling so light weight and energetic. It did loose some of my weight too. I just can't praise enough of my treatment. Everyone must do panckarma few times in their life, I am a fan of it. I searched a lot online, when I was making decision, as coming from Canada to Kerala is far and I never travelled to Kerala or South of India at all, being a female traveller, I was scared. But Elixir staff made me comfortable and Trivandrum itself is a very safe place. I was also scared if treatments would help at all as I was suffering from shoulder pain and sciatica from 3 years and stress. But this was the best decision I had made and was cost effective as compared to othr locations I checked in other countries and I am rejuvenated and feeling 80 percent better with 2 week stay . 2 weeks is short time but I feel like a new person and I am returning back for longer stay in future. I came in April 2022. I loved these at Elixir hospital: yummy but healthy Food, Panchkarma detox and deep tissue Massage treatments, hot oil pouring over body, lemon Kizhi massage and shirodhara, yoga. Staff is genuinely caring and make changes as needed in treatment plans and Dr. checks with patient everytime after treatment. Panchkarma detox massage is very good but different from deep tissue, so after Panchkarma detox knowing my muscle condition, doctor put me on deep tissue. Treatments were absolutely wonderful, efficient doctors and female therapists, serene atmosphere good ambiance. I would recomend this place for serious ayurveda treatments . The yoga lessons added with Ayurveda treatment packages were amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Vijay and team Elixir Ayurveda!!
