I was here yesterday to pierce my 4 year old’s ears. They provide 2 types of piercing - gunshots with imitation earrings or traditional piercing where you can bring your own earrings or buy gold earrings from them. Regardless of what you chose, they cost Rs.360. We opted for gunshots coupled with imitation earrings. I let my daughter chose earrings on her own to ease her into the process. The tech was friendly and took time to make sure that he marked her ears at the right spots. I must say that they provided exemplary customer service right from the point of Enquiry till the end of the process and I highly recommend this place for piercing.

Good show room. Selections are good. High making charges. Discounts are there but not attractive. They don't confirm us the weight of the item purchased. They pack and proceed to deliver to clear the customer once payment is done. Sales men are good. But people at reception are poor in hospitality
