A warm welcome by courteous and pleasant Mr Wasim along with welcome drink. We stayed in their Sultan suite at the top of the hotel with a beautiful panoramic view. We were greeted with a special kashmiri kawa drink. Location of the hotel is the main feature with breathtaking views on the riverbank. Inside, the garden was well maintained and provided a tranquil place to relax. The dinner was brilliant with plenty to choose from. We were very impressed with the service of Mudassar, especially of his communication skills. The hotel had some pilgrims (yatris) at the same time who were pure vegetarians. Mudassar and his team removed all the non veg items from the dining area until they finished their food. Some were still unpleasant towards the staff but they kept their cool and managed the situation very well. The panipuri was delicious. Breakfast was good too. Our kids were late but staff made them a nice omelette. Things to note: There are no lifts due to some local regulation. Hot water is available for few hours in the morning and evening but more than enough. The hotel does serve non veg and have international guest so please be considerate if you are pure vegetarian. Overall, a great stay and thank you Mr Wasim, Mudassar and all the staff who were very polite and helpful.

Nicely received by front desk, welcome by drink. Situation very attractive as river flowing in front. Excellent and familiar behaviour by receptionist specially Aman. Food quality very good. All staff members are cooperative and with smiling faces. Front garden maintained nicely. Worth staying property.

Excellent location! It’s a river side front. Staff members were extremely cooperative. They made sure, we had no problem staying. Mouth watering food with variety of options including chaat. Front Office Manager - Waseem Manager ensure the best stay for us girls.

Yes...the hotel is amazing...with a mind blowing view...it has a river right next to the property which is a super plus...u get to see the mountains and the river right from the window..the people and the staff here are so friendly...they are on their toes to make ur vacation memorable and happy...kudos to the team.. The hotel is so amazing at night..it has plenty of seating area..indoor swimming pool...small though...spa which was not operational at my time...a banquet ... gaming zone...a shop which sells dry fruits and saffron...a restaurant...and a cafe
